Any order placed at the Ateliers du peinteur leads to full adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale, which in no case may be derogated from, unless express and written agreement is reached.
ORDERS
Orders are accepted:
• By mail on free paper or order form prepared by the painter's workshops,
• By telephone via quote, by internet on nope site https://www.cimaise-tableau.fr/en/cimaise-tableau-hang-and-suspend-your-paintings.
REGULATION OF ORDERS
Orders are settled in cash using the following means:
. by bank cheque, postal cheque, money order or bank card for written orders,
. by credit card for orders placed over the internet
PARTICIPATION IN THE PORT AND PACKAGING COSTS FOR EXPEDITIONS IN FRANCE
OFFER PORT COST FROM 99 € IN FRANCE METROPOLITAINE OUT OF CORSE.
DPD TRANSPORT:
- Delivery products top 50 cm = 12€
- Accessories delivery less than 50 cm = 6.98€
For orders below 35€ TTC, a packing fee of 6€ TTC will be charged.
PRICES
All our prices are mentioned TTC on the date of publication. These prices remain in effect until the next price catalogue is published.
.All invoices that are not due at the due date result in the cancellation of the discounts granted.
EXPEDITIONS, PROPERTY RESERVE CLAUSES, CLAIMS
Goods travel at the risk of VENDEUR.Toutefois, It is for the buyer to annotate his reservations immediately upon receipt of the goods, by mentioning on the carrier's delivery note any defects or damage found, such as crushed, distorted, holed, stained .... this list is not exhaustive. The reservations mentioned and/or any damage to the goods shall be confirmed directly to the carrier, at best, within 48 hours of receipt. Attention: the words " subject to unpacking" are worthless. The goods are regarded as acquired by the buyer only after full payment of the invoice, the delivery in no case constituting a transfer of ownership: Law No 80335 of 12 May 1980.
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity of the property with the contract (Art. L-211 of the Consumer Code) and from the legal guarantee of hidden defects (Art. L1641 of the Civil Code)
No parcel sent by a customer in port due is accepted by Les Atelier du peinteur.
Delivery takes place at the buyer's home or at any other place indicated at the time of purchase. The buyer undertakes to take delivery within ten days of the notice of availability. This period has expired and the costs of custody and return will be deducted.
We disclaim any responsibility for extending delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in case of loss of goods, weather or strike
RETRACTING TIME
All items may be subject to a right of withdrawal by exchange or refund.
The item must be intact, complete, packed.
The return or request for exchange by the customer must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt or repaint of the package. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, at the expense of sending and returning expenses.
Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code
(Order No. 2001-741 of 23 August 2001 Art. 5, Art. 11 Official Journal of 25 August 2001)
The consumer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of any return fee.
The time limit referred to in the preceding paragraph shall run from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for services.

When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day.
Customised items such as 1m50 - 1m00 and 0.50 cm rail kits and lengths are not taken over or exchanged.
The products of the brand Orac decor and special order products cannot beno recovery or exchange..
